How the process works:
Your Free Consultation
The first step in a kitchen design is to get in contact for your free consultation, we can help you look at your space and come up the some ideas that might work.
We can do this over email or at our studio in South Devon. Initially drop us an email to with the following information:
Full address and contact details.
The time scales for the project and an idea of budget, this helps us understand what is possible in your space.
A dimensioned room plan - this can be simply hand drawn but we do need to know where windows, doors and other features are placed to be able to design you a space.
The style of kitchen you are looking for, perhaps a link to a Pinterest board of ideas. Alongside a list of 'must haves'.
Information about what appliances you currently have to rework into your kitchen or ideas for new ones.
Once you have had your initial consultation, you should have a good understanding of how we could help in your price range. At this point we can move to fully design the space for you, we ask for a non-refundable £200 deposit before we design your kitchen, this is redeemable against your final invoice.
We may need to measure the space ourselves or arrange a site visit.
Once you are happy with your design your kitchen will be passed over to our workshop.
During the design, build and insulation you will be allocated a point of contact, they can communicate directly with yourself or with your site manager.
You will be kept up to date on the progress of you kitchen, we will need to know about delays on site as early as possible.
Finally your kitchen will be fitted by one of our expert fitters, overseen by Mike, who has 14 plus years experience in high quality kitchen fitting.
Your kitchens comes with a 5 year guarantee and a care guide to ensure it can live a long and happy life in your home.
